The ‘P’ classification – even more thorough and stringent than the standard Minergie rating – guarantees a minimal environmental impact while ensuring low energy consumption.

More specifically, the development also includes a 5000 litre rainwater recovery system for garden irrigation, partial self-generation of electricity thanks to its photovoltaic panels, as well as central heating provided by a heat pump.

Each home is equipped with underfloor heating and enjoys optimum thermal insulation through double glazing and aluminium blinds, as well as controlled air renewal.

EIGHT APARTMENTS, UNIQUE STYLE

The eight dual-aspect apartments (two per villa, one per floor, each with its own entrance) are generous in size (200 m²) and boast an original layout, light years away from the traditional rectangular shape of many constructions.

The mansard roof structure and the high ceilings (almost 4m in some rooms) give an especially unique character to the apartments on the first floor. And the slightly lowered sleeping area (of about 30cm) provides a subtle but natural demarcation between day and night.

Asymmetric harmony

The two duplex villas completely break the mold of the typically symmetrical self-detached house: the area and layout of each home is completely individual, in line with the overall uniqueness of this project. 

The ground floor comprises an expansive open plan kitchen and living area which extends seamlessly onto a magnificent terrace with private garden. An additional room has been incorporated into this floor, which can be used as an office, a home cinema, a playroom or an additional bedroom, depending on the buyer’s preferences.
